“From what we get, we make a living from what we give, however, makes a life.”

This is a very interesting quote. I think it’s interesting because the quote has so many different meanings. Not all the essays will talk about the same things. They will all be different. What I think it means is that what you get in life, clothes, food, and more you can live and function in day to day life. But the emotions we give out makes our life the ways it is.

I think that the last part of the quote is like the golden rule: treat people the way you want to be treated. It also goes with “what comes around goes around”. If you’re polite to people and treat them with respect then that’s how you will get treated. So how you treat people makes up how your life will be emotionally. If you are respectful it will make your life that much easier also a lot happier.

If you’re rude that is exactly how you’ll be treated. Your life could be miserable because people disrespect all day. You have to check and think about how you treated people in the past. That could give you a clue to why people are treating you like that. So your life would be very unhappy for you and the people around you. Your life can be harder if people are mean to you.

If you are nice you also have a better chance of being in a relationship. If you’re friendly and approachable then people will like you better. That way you can be happy and share your life with somebody else. That way you don’t have to be lonely without anybody for your very own. If you don’t have anybody you can end up very alone and bored. I don’t think anybody would want that for themselves. That could prevent you from having kids. Who would want to have a life with you when you’re rude and crabby all the time?

That is what I think this quote means you can live with food and clothes. But it’s the way you treat people that will determine the course of your life. Be rude and mean you’ll get treated rude and mean. If you’re nice and pleasant then you’ll get treated as such. I really like this quote made me really think about my actions and how I will affect me in the future. I want a happy life with a family.
